Leeward Community Church is looking for applicants who are prepared to be the Lead Pastor of a growing, multigenerational, multicultural, ministry focused church in the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Graduated from an accredited evangelical college/university or an evangelical Christian seminary.
- Significant experience in pastoring a growing church.
- Demonstrated effective leadership and administrative work in ministry, with a missions orientation (C&MA preferred).
- Meets the qualifications set in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
