Leadership Development
Dr. Roy Price is Director of Leadership Development. His primary responsibility is to serve as Moderator of the License, Ordination and Consecration Council. In addition, he serves the district superintendent in requested tasks and seeks to resource the official workers within this district. These publications are tools designed for the latter purpose.
